• Hotel Reservation Pre or Post Extension: If you wish to extend your stay at the Hilton Rose Hall, please wait for confirmation from the KOTRT Events Team before booking your flights. You will be notified once the hotel has confirmed availability.

• Flight Coverage: Knight Watch will cover the cost of flights departing from Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). If you choose to fly from a different airport, you will be responsible for any airfare costs exceeding $850 round trip per person.

Enter your departure airport.

If you are bringing a guest for this trip, enter "2" adults from the passenger drop down. If you are not bringing a guest, keep the passenger number set to "1."

Click "Search" to begin your flight search.

Select your preferred departing and returning flights. If you would like to upgrade to a cabin class outside of your trip's policy, you can select your preferred cabin class and pay for the remaining difference of the upgrade.

If you select a fare that is over the budget and out of Knight Watch policy, you will be prompted to pay the difference or send for approval (see below). If you know that the flights are out Knight Watch policy, please select 'pay the difference' then 'submit booking.'
